Privacy policy pursuant to Art 13 of the EU General Data Protection Regulation 2016/679 (GDPR)

The owner of the processing carried out through this website is DEUSTOUR S.R.L. with registered office in Via Alcide de Gasperi, 60/A Crema CR (hereinafter referred to as "Owner"), who can be contacted at the following address: booking@deustour.it.

 

A) Source of personal data and Data Controller

This document has been drawn up in accordance with Article 13 of the EU Regulation 2016/679 (hereinafter: "Regulation") in order to allow you to get to know our privacy policy. It describes the general modalities of the processing of the personal data of the users of the site and how your personal information is managed when you use our site [http://www.deustour.it] (hereinafter: "Site") The information and data provided by you or otherwise acquired in the context of the use of the services of the Data Controller, - such as: access to the reserved area of the Site, newsletters, lists, hereinafter: "Services" -, will be processed in compliance with the provisions of the Regulation and the confidentiality obligations that inspire the activity of the Data Controller.

 

This information is provided only for this Site and not for any other websites that may be consulted by the user via links. Please refer to any specific sections of the Site where you can find specific information and any requests for consent for individual processing.

 

B) Types of data

As a result of browsing the Site, we inform you that the Controller will process personal data hereinafter only 'Personal Data'.

 

In particular, the Personal Data processed through the Site are the following:

 

 

1) Navigation Data

The computer systems and software procedures used to operate the Site acquire, during their normal operation, some Personal Data whose transmission is implicit in the use of Internet communication protocols. This category of data includes the IP addresses or domain names of the computers used by users who connect to the Site, the URI (Uniform Resource Identifier) notation addresses of the resources requested, the time of the request, the method used to submit the request to the server, the size of the file obtained in response, the numerical code indicating the status of the response given by the server (successful, error, etc.) and other parameters relating to the user's operating system and computer environment. With respect to such hypotheses, you act as autonomous data controller, assuming all the obligations and responsibilities of law. In this sense, you grant the widest indemnity on this point with respect to any dispute, claim, request for compensation for damages from processing, etc. that may be received by the Controller from third parties whose Personal Data have been processed through your use of the functions of the Site in violation of the applicable data protection regulations.

C) Purpose of the processing and legal basis

The legal basis of the processing is the execution of pre-contractual measures taken at the request of the same.

The Controller ensures that the processing of your Personal Data by these recipients is done in accordance with the Regulation. Indeed, transfers may be based on an adequacy decision, Standard Contractual Clauses approved by the European Commission or another appropriate legal basis.

 

F) Your privacy rights under Articles 15 et seq. of the Regulation

Pursuant to Articles 15 et seq. of the Regulation, you have the right to request from the Controller access to, rectification or erasure of your Personal Data or to object to their processing, you have the right to request the restriction of processing, to obtain in a structured, commonly used and machine-readable format the data concerning you and to lodge a complaint with the Data Protection Authority.

 

Requests should be addressed in writing to the Data Controller at booking@deustour.it.

 

G) Amendments

This privacy policy is in force from 18/01/2021. The Data Controller reserves the right to modify or simply update its content, in part or in full, also due to changes in applicable legislation.
